The website knows almost nothing. Your cities report nothing to us.
The public site uses privacy-focused aggregate analytics without cookies, advertising, or a persistent browser identifier. Community Edition remains local software with no product telemetry. Agents City does not operate a public relay or control plane.
Last updated: 28 August 2026Aggregate page analytics
Every public page loads GoatCounter from gc.zgo.at and sends its path to agentscity.goatcounter.com. The current site configuration stores separate aggregate counts for paths and time, referrers, browser and operating system, screen size, country, and limited region data. Individual pageview storage is disabled. GoatCounter uses no cookies, localStorage, cache identifier, or persistent tracker id. To estimate sessions it may hold the site, IP address, and full user agent together in memory for up to eight hours; neither the raw IP nor full user agent is written to its database. Site search runs against a static index in the browser. Its term stays in the URL fragment, which is not sent in the page request or the GoatCounter count.
First-party action counts
The site may also record a closed event name when somebody opens documentation, GitHub, or copies a command. A D1 row contains only language, route, a bounded source label, a random row id, and server time. It has no IP, user agent, cookie, browser id, name, email, or free text, cannot link visits, and is removed after 90 days. If measurement fails, the site keeps working and the event is discarded.
What Community Edition keeps local
Repositories, documents, prompts, model-provider credentials, agent state, city configuration, knowledge, committee acts, and local-road history stay on the owner’s computer. The installed product has no account with Agents City, no licence server, and no telemetry endpoint. It calls an external service only when the owner configures that service, such as a model provider, GitHub, a remote Road, or an optional map push.
A relay you self-host
The Apache 2.0 repository includes a Cloudflare Worker for remote Roads. The company, client, or community that deploys it chooses the account, owner credentials, destination restrictions, jurisdiction, retention, and whether to enable content logging. By default, message-body logging is off; offline direct messages may wait for at most 72 hours and up to 200 messages per city. Agents City does not operate that relay or receive its traffic.
Enterprise contact
The site has no contact form, product account, or newsletter signup. Clicking the Enterprise contact opens your email client. If you email hello@arkatai.com, your address, message, and any material you attach are processed only to handle that conversation; do not send repository secrets, model credentials, patient data, or other unnecessary confidential information.
Purpose, processors, retention, and control
Both measurements are used only to understand which pages, documentation, and entry points are useful. First-party action rows are removed after 90 days. The hosted GoatCounter account currently keeps aggregate statistics until the site operator deletes them; GoatCounter.com is operated in Ireland and stores service data on Hetzner servers in Finland and Germany. Blocking gc.zgo.at or /api/event removes the corresponding measurement without losing any site or product feature. Aggregate statistics cannot provide or erase one person’s browsing history because they contain no persistent visitor identifier or stored individual pageviews.
Your rights and contact
Where data-protection law applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object, and complain to your supervisory authority. Use hello@arkatai.com for website or Enterprise-contact requests. Any Enterprise engagement must identify the contracting entity, processing roles, security terms, and required data-processing agreement before customer data is handled.
